Acme Catz believes that privacy is not just a privelege provided to only a select few; privacy is a right. All our clients' privacy is protected with the utmost integrity and held as the same value as our own.

We will not release client information to any third-party unless required to by law or to assist in the investigation or prosecution of alleged criminals, or to investigate recycling abuse.

The information that is recorded is the user's IP Address, the document you accessed and the time and date you accessed it, the name of your browser and possibly the operating system you're using and the referring site. We only use logs to help diagnose problems with our server and to manage the content of our website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information and web site traffic statistics and is kept logged for security purposes.

Acme Catz does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. Personally identifiable information of individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.  However, Acme Catz maintains the right to use personal information in the prosecution of individuals who abuse user access to our systems or attempt to explore and/or exploit any security flaws in our current databases.
